We are working with a pre-IPO product & professional services company that drives digital transformation through analytics, insights and AI that is looking for a Senior Client Partner to manage the account for one of their most important clients.

About the Company

This posting will be “client confidential,” but I can share a few details. This company has offices around the world including Mumbai, Raleigh, Bellevue, UAE and the UK. They have deep domain expertise providing analytics and insights services to Fortune 1000 companies in a variety of verticals including technology, media, telecom, life sciences, pharma, financial services, CPG and retail. Leadership is very strong and the company is solid.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the EVP of Growth and Client Success, the Senior Client Partner will lead the account for a top client in the tech vertical, serving as the primary point of contact, nurturing a strong relationship and helping to ensure client satisfaction.


– Build trust with client stakeholders.

– Serve as the primary point of contact for the account.

– Work collaboratively with Onshore and Offshore teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

– Setup growth frameworks to drive account management and help maintain us as the preferred strategic partner long-term.

– Use a consultative-based selling approach to identify new opportunities and drive adoption and consumption of our analytics solutions.

– Achieve growth targets defined for the account while protecting existing relationship and book of business.

About You

– 15+ years of experience in consultative selling and account management.

– Analytics and/or technology consulting experience preferred.

– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

– Ability to understand client needs, translate them into requirements and develop compelling proposals.

– Stay abreast of industry landscape in order to provide innovative and forward-thinking value to client challenges.
